Jenny & Roger welcome you to stay at their charming, tranquil and centrally located home. Staying at Les Renards will provide you with the ideal location, coupled with personal hospitality that creates a wonderful and memorable stay.

Les Renards is a typical Béarnaise house lovingly restored situated in the heart of Salies de Béarn. There are 4 guest bedrooms, all with shower rooms. Breakfast is served either in the dining room or on the terrace, there is a lounge for relaxing in the winter evenings and a large garden with a terrace for guests equipped with garden furniture, barbeque and loungers. We also have off road parking and are a few minutes walk from the centre of the village. We also have off road parking.


Salies de Béarn is a small spa town noted for its salt mineral waters, Thermal Spa Baths, and beautiful architecture. It also has as golf course, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, horse riding, cycling and large rivers nearby for salmon and coarse fishing. It is 45 minutes from both Pau and Biarritz airports, with good road & rail links making it an ideal location for a holiday.

The Béarn region has so much beautiful countryside to explore, places of interest to see and sporting activities to do. The Pyrénées stretch from the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean, ample scope if you enjoy pursuits such as walking, cycling, fishing and skiing. Aquitaine is renowned for its beaches which are perfect for family and surfers alike, all less than a 1 hour away. You don’t even have to travel that far as there is a large lake at the nearby town of Orthez just 10 minutes away, which has a lovely sandy beach and is safe for children of all ages. It also offers other leisure activities such as jet and water skiing, and La Saligue des Oiseaux - which are nature trails alongside one of its’ borders.
For the golfers there is Pau and Biarritz where there are some fantastic golf courses. Also, for those who like city culture, the historic cities of Pau, Biarritz, Bayonne, and San Sebastian in Spain must not be missed.
